The Ansheng Technology Malaysia is a state-of-the-art complex spanning nearly 1 million square feet. It comprises two advanced manufacturing plants, an independent warehouse, and a canteen. We are also planning to build additional workshop buildings to increase our production capacity and accommodate future growth.

The facility is equipped with cutting-edge automated production lines capable of performing a wide range of processes, including:
1. Tube Drawing and Deep Drawing: Forming raw metal into precise bottle shapes
2. Metalworking and Welding: Handling detailed fabrication and creating strong, seamless joins
3. Vacuumization: Creating the insulating vacuum layer essential for thermal performance.
4. Polishing: Achieving flawless internal and external finishes.
5. Temperature Measurement: Ensuring process control and verifying product insulation performance.
6. Bright Annealing Lines: Treating metal to optimize its properties for durability and finish.
7. CMF Customization: Offering mainstream options such as heat transfer, water transfer, PVD, 3D printing, and more.
8. In-house Lab: Equipped with fundamental testing instruments, capable of performing most physics and some chemistry tests.

To enhance product quality, we have partnered with local professional electroplating factories to establish a new electroplating production facility, which ensures that finishes meet the highest aesthetic and functional standards.
