February 26, 2024 – Ansheng Technology has announced that the Future Factory project has started smoothly and will commence production in the third quarter of 2025. Located in Yongkang City, this factory is planned to become a key hub of Ansheng Technology's global manufacturing network upon completion. Through the construction of this new factory, Ansheng Technology will take greater strides in smart manufacturing, automated production, sustainable development, and environmental protection, further consolidating its leading position in the global market.
The total floor area of the Future Factory in Yongkang exceeds 1.3 million square feet (approximately 120,000 square meters). It has a prime geographical location, occupying an area of 4.2 acres (about 16,000 square meters), which is equivalent to nearly the area of two standard football fields. The factory is expected to be fully completed in 2025, with an annual production capacity of 3 million products per month, making it one of the world's leading production bases for beverage containers.
The Future Factory will be equipped with more than 20 fully automated production lines, covering the complete production process from deep drawing and hydroforming to packaging. The factory will also introduce the most advanced automated material distribution and delivery system to improve production efficiency and reduce operating costs. In addition, the factory will establish an industry-leading CMF (Color, Material, Finish) processing center to enhance the product's appearance design and environmental protection treatment.
