Since its establishment in 2023, the factory has made remarkable progress in equipment, automation, and environmental protection technologies. It is expected that the annual production capacity will reach 10 million products by the end of 2025.
Ansheng Technology's Malaysia factory is located in Banting, Selangor, Malaysia. It covers an area of 138,000 square feet, and the building area reaches 405,000 square feet, which is almost equivalent to the area of two standard football fields. With the continuous expansion of the production lines, the factory plans to continuously increase its production capacity in the coming years. It is expected that by 2028, the production capacity will reach 22.5 million products per year.
Ansheng Technology's Malaysia factory takes advanced automation technology as its core, striving to improve production efficiency while reducing the impact on the environment. More than 60% of the production lines in the factory have been automated, and this proportion will be further expanded in the future. In addition, Ansheng Technology is also committed to establishing an industry-leading CMF (Color, Material, Finish) processing center and will launch its digital transformation plan in 2025, covering the comprehensive upgrading of information systems such as ERP, PLM, and MES.
In terms of sustainable development, Ansheng Technology's Malaysia factory is also actively taking measures to reduce its carbon footprint. In 2023, Ansheng Technology invested more than 10% of its global sales revenue in research and development and automation technologies. As an important part of the company, the Malaysia factory will also participate in this green mission.
